What guarantee do you offer on your services?

We offer a two-year warranty on service and one year on parts.

Limited Parts Warranty

• If you do not register your Ameristar™ system, it will be covered by our basic limited parts warranty.
• For equipment, the 5-year limited warranty period applies. For functional parts, the warranty is 10 years.

Ameristar™ Registered Parts Limited Warranty

• The terms of the Registered Limited Warranty apply if the products are registered within 60 days of installation. If the product is not registered within 60 days of installation, the terms of the Ameristar™ Basic Limited Warranty will apply. Products can be registered online here or by calling 1-855-260-2975.
• The equipment is covered by a 5-year limited warranty. The functional parts are covered by a 10-year warranty, and the heat exchanger is covered by a 20-year warranty.
• For coils in a box, the 10-year limited warranty applies to functional parts and no registration is required.
